Your privacy.

This notice covers the KIVIAM product landing page at kiviam.com. For privacy questions, email hello@kiviam.com.

Using this website

You can browse our products without creating an account. The colour picker and suggested message operate in your browser. Your selected colour may appear in the page URL so you can share the same view. The page does not save an order or collect your address or payment information.

Copying a request

The “Copy request” button writes your suggested message to your device clipboard only when you choose it. Opening Instagram does not automatically send that message.

Instagram and email

When you follow a link to Instagram, that service processes information under its own privacy policy. Information you send us in a message or email is used to respond to your enquiry and arrange your order. Share only what is needed for your enquiry; never send passwords or payment credentials in messages.

Hosting

Hosting services may process technical request information to deliver and protect the website. Product images and 3D assets are served with the website. Typography uses your device’s fonts.

Optional analytics

With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand website visits, traffic sources, approximate country, region and city, and clicks on Instagram links. Google uses analytics cookies and processes technical information such as your browser, device and page visits. We record which Instagram button was clicked, whether it relates to retail or wholesale, and the relevant product colour. We do not send your suggested message, clipboard contents, contact information, delivery address or payment details as analytics event parameters. A button click does not tell us whether you sent a message or placed an order on Instagram.

The Google Analytics tag loads only after you choose “Allow analytics”. Advertising features are disabled. We save your analytics choice in your browser. You can decline and continue browsing or ordering, and change your choice through “Analytics settings” in the footer. Withdrawing permission stops future collection and removes this site’s analytics cookies; it does not automatically delete information already collected. Google explains its processing in its privacy policy.
