Before confirming your order

Tell us your preferred colours, quantity, and delivery location. We confirm the current selling price, product availability, shipping charges, delivery estimate, and payment arrangements in the conversation before you order. Sending an enquiry or copying a suggested message does not place an order.

Product information

The KI•VI•AM reusable non-woven kitchen towel roll contains 75 pulls, with 21 × 23 cm sheets. Colours are pink, green, and blue, subject to availability. Website images and the interactive 3D presentation are illustrative; lighting and your display may affect how colours appear.

Delivery and shipping

Expected delivery is 5–7 working days. Confirm coverage, the applicable shipping charge, and the delivery estimate for your location before placing your order.

Returns, cancellations, and order issues

We do not accept returns. Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch. If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or you have another order issue, contact hello@kiviam.com with your order details. These terms do not exclude or limit applicable consumer rights.

Wholesale enquiries

Wholesale pricing, quantities, availability, freight, and other terms are confirmed in a written quotation or conversation. An enquiry does not create a distributor appointment, exclusivity, or an accepted order.
